I started with 1% cause I knew little or nothing about how to start using retinoids in February but I didn’t slug on it. I introduced it gradually into my routine once weekly only at night. The purging stage was not visible at all cause they came in tiny pus filled pimples which are gone after cleansing , not the regular cyst acne. Despite the fact that it’s an oil based serum, I wake up with less oil on my face and glowy. This serum has helped with my skin texture, skin tone and the puffiness around my right eye has greatly reduced. Retinol is good for dry to oily/acne prone skin but I would advice to start very very low cause I can say my skin coorperated & lucky this didn’t really make my acne worse before getting better.

I love this moisturizer and what it does to my skin. - it is inexpensive - it moisturizes my skin really well whithout being too heavy -it absorbs fast -no sticky residue -my skin feels soft

Doesn't tingle at all! Spreads easily, doesn't leave a layer of film even if it contains oils. Makes my skin feel soft upon application. I'll need to use it for a longer time (4 weeks) to see how it fades my acne scars. The bottle is really cool too. It makes a soda can opening noise when first opened.
