I put it to the test the same day by putting on sunscreen and different make up - the foundation, powder, lipstick, bro gel and waterproof mascara. Guess what? Everything is taken off like a charm! Only tinted balms are harder to take off because they go into deeper layers of the skin and you need to work a little bit harder. I will post a video later where I show how it's working with make up. But you don't have to wear make up to use the cleansing oil! it also works beautifully with cleaning the pores, working on black and whiteheads and has a super lightweight structure. The oil is enriched with seawater harvested from the Ulleungdo Island and is rich in several minerals. We have a couple of different oils in the ingredient list: Avocado Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Canola Oil, but surprisingly my combination skin was totally good with all of it. The oil has a very thin structure and spreads like a dream. It does not make me feel stripped after I cleanse and also if I didn't use the second cleaner after this it also doesn't feel oily. But I usually double cleanse anyways. The formulation is fragrance free but I do smell a tiny bit of a sweet scent, i think because of the natural oils, and this is perfect for me, because I love natural. So it's a great addition to my evening routine! And I'm sorry, but can we take a moment to appreciate how cute their packagings are?! 🥺 I went through all their lines and pine looks so great to try 😁🤗

This oil is basically a superfood for your face 🤗 It contains more than 80% of 21 types of plant-derived oil and also consists of squalane, AIO Marine plant PDRN. It gently removes makeup and sunscreen, leaves the skin smooth and hydrated. It is perfect for me as it is so gentle and has no stripped feeling like some cleansers and feels so soft. I love the gentle smell, that makes me feel like I'm showering in nature! It spreads and foams very well and cleans  the skin super nice too. I love that most of the ingredients are nature derived and I do feel it. After using it the skin is not as oily as from other cleansers, but also not squeaky clean. A little goes a long way, as one-two pumps are definitely enough to use on the whole face.

WHAT IT IS: A lightweight, oil-based cleanser that gently melts away makeup, dirt, oils and sunscreen without stinging the eye area. KEY INGREDIENTS: 🧚‍♀️Centella Asiatica Extract: Soothes and replenishes skin hydration level. HOW TO USE (yes, sometimes it’s not very obvious with oils) Apply a few pumps of cleansing oil onto dry face with dry hands. Massage gently in circular motions. Emulsify with water to create a milky emotion before rinsing off completely with lukewarm water. The SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Light Cleansing Oil is one of those oils for removing make up that I use on a daily basis. Usually I'm not an oil lover, and it clogs my pores, ( I will not state here other brands, but about 85% of the brands do nothing good for my skin oil cleansing wise). But this one - doesn't irritate anything and doesn't clog anything at all, after this oil I do not get neither breakouts, nor squicky clean or skin pulling from dryness. It’s a perfect first step cleanser in my routine in the evenings when I need to take off my sunscreen, or clean the face from dirt, dust and oil. It is very lighweight and will turn into milky structure with adding water, and it rinses off nicely, without any fatty residue or leaving the skin oily behind. Because it contains Centella Asiatica for hydrating, soothing and blemishes care effects it helps with my pimples or redness or any kind of breaskout I can get during the day. Personally I think it would be great for any type of skin, maybe for oily one you will need just a less amount of product. But even a very little amount, half a pump – will get the work done for you and then you can always use the second cleanser to do the double-cleaning routine. I did have this oil before and I’m very happy to get a refill, because I don’t think I will have another oil that I like so much, at least for the next year or so. I do want to say it’s worth noticing the pump design – it locks in and is super safe to take with you during traveling – it never spilled once in my travel make up bag, and nothing leaks out.
