I've tried gel type sunscreens before but most of them would include menthol to give the 'cooling' sensation but not this. In fact, it feels like you're putting on a serum (based on the instant hydrated feel + how it seamlessly sinks in your skin and leave a glowy finish) > Stickiness : mild >As its a gel formula, its expected to not leave a white cast and be waterproof too. >Doesn't cause piling of products (depends on your moisturizer too, I've tried this with gel cream and gel moisturizer and it works fine.) >Have a really really mild, soothing scent (almost zero actually) Thoughts Definitely worth the hype ♥♥♥ Little goes along the way so be careful not to lather extra product or you'll end up looking like you've sweated a lot. I definitely enjoyed the cream formula better than this one due to how moisturized it made my skin felt. Test period 61 consecutive days-ish ( could be more, I've lost count) 𝒲𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝓂𝒶𝓀𝑒𝓈 𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓈 𝒶 𝑔𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉 𝓈𝓊𝓃 𝓅𝓇𝑜𝒹𝓊𝒸𝓉 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓁𝑜𝓃𝑔 𝓇𝓊𝓃? After using this again and again, repeatedly, 1) My skin tone evens out 2) No more dry feeling felt(no extra grease on my T-zone) 3) Gentle formula, no teary-eyes 4) delivers great result in skin 5) settles in flawlessly due to having no whitecast and almost to zero greasy feeling. 6) no clogged pores, no acne ( everytime I wear sungel, I make sure to double cleanse as well) 7) Impove skin's oil balance. So yes, I'll say A BIG FAT YES to this HOLY GRAIL. And I am super mad because I'll have a hard time to find another sun product that could match this kind of result.

I received the Haruharu Black Rice Moisture Airyfit Daily Sunscreen for free from picky and Haruharu exchange for my honest take on this. So, what do we have here? Packaging -50ml pump bottle Matte packaging ( yellow body ,purple cap) Honestly I got a box with no security on it..anyone could already had access to the product before I did and I wouldn't even noticed. ( would mess up with the shelf life) The pump head is a genius packaging. Gave me the chance to micromanage exactly how much I needed for every use. I found that 2½ pumps is the adequate amount I needed. PLUS, I DIDNT NOTICE THIS BEFORE, BUT IT HAD BRAILLE ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX? Translated as sunscreen. The box was cute as it complements the color of the pump bottle. Claims VERY High uv protection (too broke to test this one in lab,but it is spf50+ PA++++) Non-greasy (if you give it time to settle down) Velvet Finish ( not sure about this) Unscented (yep!) Highlights 5 uv filters ( all chemical, so no white cast) Niacinamide ( the norm ingredient these days) Ceramide NP Sodium hyaluronate Rice bran oil Multi flower extract Impression I love it when brands release twinies products, it just destroys all the "suitable for all types of skin" myth. There's a slight scent but no nasty ones that comes from the extract..just neutral smell. Need a minute or two to fully set into the skin, just leaves a sheer glow. Doesn't sting the eye and YES, NO WHITECAST What I love is how I feel its easier to rinse this off. I sweated a lot ,and I noticed when I rinse my face, it just came off with water alone( turns the water milky) but of course we still need the good'ol double cleansing for a perfect cleansing routine. What need to be cautious is this has the potential to trigger fungal-acne. For now, it hasn't done so to my skin. But yeah, this formulation isn't fungal-acne safe. However, it's twin is! Definitely moisturising as it claims to be! I also fancy that at the end of the day, my skin doesn't look too oily or to dry! This might differ with users with oily skin tho. I havent encountered any bad aftereffects after wearing this for more than a week now. And I can say my skin loves this. Thoughts Perfect as a go-to sunscreen but it's not very long lasting. Gives a glow to the skin and almost comes head to head with the isntree's sungel (imo),( had to compare since nothing else that I tried seems to come close to the isntree's, is just that isntree sungels tends to feel more hydrating and plumping at the same time) While it focuses on including black rice extract in this, I believe its an amazing inclusion since Rice itself is widely known to the beauty industry for its brightening properties.But wouldn't know for sure if its on par with that of niacinamide. The compact design is just great for travelling and plus, it's so easy to blend flawlessly into the skin. Overall, it's a must-try.

The sunstick comes in a black plastic package that feels solid and compact. The sunstick cap isn't flimsy, so I don't have to worry about it falling off and ruining the product inside. The inside of the sunstick is clear, yellowish, and has a balmy texture. It has a curved shape, making it easy to apply to certain areas of the face. I also like that it is almost odorless (there is a slight spf-y odor, but it is very mild). It applies smoothly to my skin and leaves no white cast. It has good coverage and is simple to use due to its curved surface. It is extremely hydrating. Though it gives me a greasy feeling at times, especially in our country, the Philippines, where the weather is hot and humid. What I did to remove the greasiness is to set it up with loose powder. This sunstick gives me a glowing finish and is also very compatible when I try to apply it on top of my make-up during reapplication. Overall, if you're looking for an easy, on-the-go sunscreen that doesn't require a mirror to apply, this is a great option. It's also a great addition to anyone who needs a good sunscreen underneath their make-up because it protects against both UVB and Uva rays.

The Wardah SPF50 PA++++ UV Shield Active Protection Serum is one of my August hauls from a trip to 🇮🇩 Indonesia. So first off, it is a halal brand, no-alcohol and supposed to be highly water resistant as it was marketed for 🏌️ outdoor wear where there is going to be a lot of 💦 sweat. The texture was a light lotion type, easy application, easy blending and no white cast.

🅒🅛🅐🅘🅜🅢 To deliver a 50+ PA++++ sun protection (too broke to test this one out) Brightening ( confirmed that it actually meant a probable whitecast or a slight toneup) 🅘🅝🅖🅡🅔🅓🅘🅔🅝🅣🅢 I notice guaizulene extract as the 12th ingredient..and zinc oxide as the 2nd one which meant this is a physical sunscreen. 🅘🅜🅟🅡🅔🅢🅢🅘🅞🅝 Lightweight white creamy gel Dries to a matte finish, and If you tried as hard as I did to blend this cream, the toneup effect will barely be there. (Im medium tanned though so a tiny "yeay") Doesnt sting the eye, a bonus point Doesnt cause any funny reaction on my skin. Finishing leaves no sticky feel. Again, Im not a fan of the scent. waterproof but can be easily removed using oil based cleansers. 🅣🅗🅞🅤🅖🅗🅣🅢 I love toneup sunscreen, but this one dries me..and make it look so obvious that I have drier skin.. For dry skins, DO NOT wear this w/o a layer of any moisturizer as this formula WILL latch onto your dry spots.

I got the black rice pure mineral relief daily sunscreen from picky and haruharu for free as a trade in for my honest take on it. Packaging 50ml Matte pump bottle Love the packaging, stand out and i believe the color purple stands for the blackrice while yellow for the sun. Stated that its a product of Kolmar Korea Claims Unscented Sensitive skin friendly Highlights Zinc oxide Ceramide NP Multi flower extract Rice bran oil Impression OMGOMGOMHOMG! I think I just found a subtitute for my fav mineral suncream ever. And its even better! Ofcourse im not blind. There is a slight white cast, but this just settles in a bit easier and leaves lesser white cast. ANY PHYSICAL UV PROTECTION WILL LEAVE A WHITE CAST, BUT SEVERITY DEPENDS ON ITS CONCENTRATION. Which is why , unlike its twin, though it claims owning a spf50+ PA++++, theres no very high uv protection labels on it..this being said, it only contains 2 uv protectors. The finishing has slight whitecast, and if you blend well its not that noticeable.(at least for my skin tone). Its very sweat and water resistant. It has this slightly thicker consistency ( has multitude of silicones inside) but easier to blend. My skin felt moisturized afterwards,and yep, no piling, no nasty scent and no teary eyes. THOUGHTS I truly love the mineral one better than the chemical one but I have a feeling most people will opt its twin more. I appreciate that the brand opt to leave out essential oils and just give way to neutral scent. And for that, the formulation can be better loved by wider crowd. Great decision! The tube is white alright, but kind of translucent enough to give you some insights on the amount of product left (after using them for quite some time) I have a soft spot for products with a hygiene seal on their product's opening, but unfortunately this doesn't have them Ingredients Physical sunscreen (uv filter : zinc oxide) Contains niacinamide, pantenol too.From the name, you'll expect HA will be top of the list, but then its found as the fourth last of the overall ingredients. (sodium hyaluronate instead due to its stability) Claims: •Evens skin tone (more of giving a slight tone up) •Lightweight formula (on point) •Replenish moisture (on point) Impression •Cream slightly melts when came in contact with skin, eases the blending process. •Really MOISTURIZING, leaves a healthy glow afterwards •Doesn't pose a dramatic whitecast ( ΔNEED TO LAYER BIT BY BIT but eventually goes unnoticeable after thorough blend) •Waterproof but not too strong •Have almost none to really really mild fragrance (it has a smell but not like those that came directly from fragrance or essential oils, kind of like phamaceutical creams) •provides broad sun protection •a little goes a long way Thoughts Works wonder with or without wearing moisturizer underneath Having tried this formula really encourages me to wear sunscreen more often. Glad to be given an opportunity to review this amazing product. I initially thought its a hybrid sunscreen by the way the cream settles in flawlessly but NO.
