I'm starting to have quite a collection here, but Skin1004 definitely is my favorite Korean skincare brand so I literally can't have enough of their products! You never can have too much Skin1004 products, right? 😉 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Quick Calming Pad is a triple layered, larged sized pad, drenched in an Essence of Centella, Panthenol and Hyaluronic Acid, for an instant soothing and cooling effect on the skin. It promises to sooth and refresh the skin, providing the skin with instant cooling, and has healing and regenerating properties. It also provides moisture and hydratation to the skin and promises to gently remove dead skin cells while improving skin elasticity. These pads are suitable for normal to sensitive and combination skin. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: As you might already know by now, I personally don't mind my products to have fragrances in it, but if they don't, that's okay for me too. This one doesn't have any scent, which obviously is very good when using them on sensitive skin. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The first thing I notice is the size of the pads, they're huge! 2 or 3 of them is enough to cover your whole face. The pads have a crescent moon shape, making these specifically convenient to use on the eyes and cheeks area, since they can be placed on the cheeks with the cutout neatly under the eyes. The pads are quite thick and feel cottony soft when touching them. I was looking to find the material of the pads themselves, but I couldn't find what they're actually made of. My guess it cotton or bamboo, but I can't be sure. Whoever has this information, feel free to spill the deeds! 😉😁 The essence that comes from the pads doesn't feel sticky or greasy while and after applying and they really provide that instant cooling effect as promised. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: The pads come in a brown / tan colored container, with a white lid and an extra protection lid on the inside. Also included is a convenient little tweezer to handle the pads with so you don't have to take them with your hands, which obviously is a way more hygienic way of handling the pads, instead of using your hands. The container contains 70 pads and 130ml Essence. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: These pads are heaven! Really! They actually provide that instant cooling, calming and refreshing effect and they're so easy to use, it's a joy to use them! They tend to stay in place really good (at least on my skin) and the cutouts make it really convenient to use them in the under eye and cheek area. They're easy to use, you just take them out of the container using the provided tweezer and place them on the desired areas. Leave them on for 4 to 6 minutes and when taking the pads off, you just tap the excess essence into your skin with your fingers, and that's it! Easy does it! After using them, my skin feels fresh and moisturized, plump, smooth and hydrated, without feeling sticky, greasy or thight. My skin looks calm and refreshed, redness is less visible and my skintone looks balanced and toned. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I love to use these whenever I feel like my skin can use a little bit extra tlc but I don't have much time. In my opinion, they're just what you need to calm down your skin on a hectic day or when your skin just needs some refreshment. Highly recommended for anyone with a busy life and little time! 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? The Anua Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Dark Spot Correcting Serum is a serum containing Niacinamide (10%) and Tranexamic Acid (4%), Arbutin (2%), Hyaluronic Acid and botanical oils, targeting dark spots, hyperpigmentation and discoloration, promising a brighter complexion while soothing the skin, correcting the skin tone and providing moisture. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: I haven't noticed any scent while using this, it's a fragrance free serum, which is great for sensitive skin! 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The first thing I noticed, was that gorgeous brigh red - pinkish colour! It looks delicious, like a sirop! But beware, it's not edible, although it looks like liquid candy! 😉😁 That colour is really gorgeous though! I expected a sweet, candylike scent to go with that colour, but like I mentioned before, it doesn't have any scent. The serum has a thin, quite runny, watery like texture a light pinkish colour outside of the bottle, which makes sense. Obviously, the serum appears to be more reddish and bright inside the bottle because there's much more serum inside the bottle, compared to the few drops inside the dropper or the few drops you drop into your hands or onto a cotton pad before applying the serum. This serum should have a non sticky texture, but sadly, it does feel sticky while and after applying it to the skin. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: The serum comes in a clear glass bottle, topped with a white colored dropper underneath the white cap on top of it and clearly shows it's bright red colour through the clear glass. The bottle contains the brand and product name in white lettering and on the back of the bottle there's an explanation of how to use the serum, in both English and Korean, also in white lettering. The clear bottle comes in a minimalistic looking white carton box with black lettering, printed in soy ink, and contains a list of ingredients, brand and product info, the info of the manufacturer and a guide on how to use the product. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: I really wanted to love this serum, because I've heard so many good things about it and I absolutely love the bright colour, but sadly, I didn't. I can't really say much about the brightening and the spot correcting properties, because I've received the serum a few days before the review deadline and wasn't able to test it long enough, but I do like that it makes my face feel and look plump and provides a dewy and healthy looking glow to my skin. It does provides moisture and hydratation, but I don't feel like it's enough for my sensitive combo skin. The first time I used it, it stinged a bit too. And I absolutely don't like the sticky feeling while and after applying. It absorbs quite quickly, but the sticky feeling remains. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: Like I said, I really wanted to love this serum, but sadly, I didn't. Since it doesn't provide that much moisture, I feel like it might be more fitted for oily skin, but it didn't do much for my skin. I would recommend the serum to oily skin people because the glow really is fantastic and it makes your skin look healthy and plump, but not to people with dry or combination skin because of the lack of moisture and hydratation. As for myself, I'm not gonna buy it again because, in my opinion, I have Niacinamide serums that do a better job. 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm running a little late here, everyone has tried this already, but here I am, trying it too, at last! Better late than never, right? 😁 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? The Mixsoon Bean Essence is Mixsoon's best seller and is ranked amongst the 5 best selling products on Amazon. It's available on the Mixsoon website, on Amazon and on certain skincare webshops around the globe. The Mixsoon Bean Essence is a multifunctional product which can be used as an exfoliater and as a serum. It contains only 4 primary ingredients: soybean, barley, pomegranate and pear, all fermented. Using fermented ingredients increases the absorption, spreadability and the adhesion of active ingredients. This product promises to strengthen skin health, to moisturize and hydrate the skin, to revitalize the skin tone and to remove impurities like dead skin cells and excessive sebum. It's suitable for all skintypes but especially caters to dry skin and is gentle enough for daily use. It's also vegan. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: It's supposed to be fragrance free but I have to admit I did notice some kind of scent. I can't really explain what it smells like though. It's like nothing I ever smelled before and it certainly doesn't smell skincare alike.It's more of a natural kinda scent. The scent doesn't linger, it's only noticeable while applying and evaporates rather quickly. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The Bean Essence has a really lightweight, serumlike texture. A tad thicker than water, maybe more of an oil. It has a yellowish colour and it's lightwheight texture makes it easy to apply. It feels a bit sticky while and after applying, but doesn't make you feel or look greasy or oily. It absorbs rather quickly, doesn't run all over your face while applying and doesn't feel thight or dry after applying either. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This Essence comes in a sleek clear container with a pumping system on top and a white sticker with black lettering. It looks clean and minimalistic. The carton box the container comes in, is also white with black lettering and looks equally minimalistic and clean. It contains a list of ingredients and instructions on how to use it, in both English and (I pressume) Korean. The pumping system on top of the bottle contributes to a hygienic application and makes it easy to dose. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: I've used this Essence both as an Exfoliator and as an Serum and I absolutely love it in both ways! When using it as an exfoliater, I add 1 pump to the palm of my hand, take some with the fingers of my other hand and apply it to my face in circular motions. I just keep rubbing it into my skin untill it begins to pill and then I rinse it of with lukewarm water. Afterwards, my skin was feeling silky soft, smooth and even. My skintone was looking even and smooth and the redness on my cheeks was visibly reduced.My pores are less noticeable and appear to look slightly smaller. My face was looking really fresh and healthy, with a healthy looking glow. When using it as a Serum, I add one pump to a cotton round and apply it my to face with the cotton round. I just lightly put it on and let it absorb before adding the rest of my skincare routine. After application, my skin feels properly moisturized and hydrated, silky soft, smooth, plump and firm and looks dewy, without looking greasy or oily. Redness is less visible and my face looks healthy and glowing. Pores and fine lines appear to look less visible too. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I absolutely love the Mixsoon Bean Essence! It definitely is worth the cult status it currently has! I honestly can't stop touching my face, it feels so good! 😁 I especially love the fact that it's multifunctional and that it visually reduces redness, pores and fine lines. I also love how it makes my skin feel! I highly recommend this multifunctional Essence to anyone looking to refine skin texture and redness and everyone who's looking for a good yet gentle moisturizer and / or exfoliater. The Mixsoon Glacier Water Hyaluronic Acid Serum is one of Mixsoon's bestsellers and contains pure glacier water, sourced from Alaska, and three different types of Hyaluronic Acid: high moleculair weight, middle moleculair weight and low moleculair weight, so the serum reaches all layers of your skin. It creates a film over the skin to protect the skin against environmental damages and promises to provide deep hydratation and revitalization by locking in hydration and nutrients. It also promises to retain moisture, to enhance and strengthen the skin barrier, to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and to make the skin appear healthy, radiant, youthful, supple and plump, with a dewy finish. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: It's a low viscosity serum, it looks and feels like water and it's very lightweight. It doesn't feel sticky, greasy or oily at all and it has a very refreshing and cooling feel when applying it. It absorbs quickly without leaving the skin feeling thight or sticky. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This serum comes in a clear plastic bottle with a print of blue colored glaciers and a cute looking bear. A polar bear maybe? 😉 The bear looks familiar, we've seen it on the Soondy Centella Asiatica Essence too. The bottle features some Korean lines that I couldn't read but I assume it's the product's name, ingredients and instructions. The bottle comes in a white and blue carton box which has the same print as the bottle and it lists the brand's information, the ingredients and instructions on how to use it in both English and Korean. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: Am I overreacting when I declare this Glacier Water to be holy water? No I'm not! 😉 It's so good, this definitely is holy grail material right here! Applying the Glacier Water Hyaluronic Acid Serum feels really refreshing and cooling, especially on a hot day! My skin felt refreshed and calm. My skin also felt smooth, soft, nourished, moisturized, hydrated, supple and firm and looks healthy, toned, plump, radiant and has a natural looking dewy glow. I didn't experience any breakouts or skin irritations when using this serum. It literally only takes a minute to absorb into the skin and it doesn't makes my skin feel dry, tight, itchy or greasy at all. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: My sensitive combination skin absolutely loves this serum! Highly recommended to those with dehydrated or sensitive skin, everyone looking for extra hydratation or everyone who's looking for a cooling and refreshing serum to cool down heated skin a hot summer day! The Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil is a mild and gentle, non comedogenic cleansing oil, specifically designed for pore care. It claims to help to clear pores by removing makeup, sebum and dirt and should be ideal for double cleansing too. This oil contains plant based ingredients like Heartleaf Extract, Sunflower Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olive Fruit Oil, Grapeseed Oil and Turmeric Root Extract. It should be suitable for all skintypes but it also contains fragrance, which can cause irritation to sensitive skin. It should be mild enough to use on a daily base though. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: It's a very scented product and although I really like the scent, it's quite an overwhelming scent too. It smells rich and heavy, like an old perfume. It's a rich and heavy mix of herbs and flowers. I do like the scent though, it's giving this oil a luxurious touch! 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: It's an oil so obviously, it feels greasy while applying. I'm always worried that oils give my skin a greasy look, but after rinsing it off again, there wasn't any greasy or oily feeling left. It has a slightly yellowish colour and since it's an oil, it obviously has the somewhat thicker viscosity of an oil too! 😉 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This oil comes in a clear plastic bottle with a white pumping system on top and a white sticker with black lettering that contains all relevant information, like a list of ingredients and instructions on how to use it. The side of the sticker instruct the user to Keep Things Simple, as Anua strives to keep it simple by using only effective and natural products. The pumping system provides an easy and hygienic application. The white carton box the bottle comes in, is looking sleek and modern and also contains a list of ingredients, instructions on how to use the product, the Keep Things Simple line and all relevant brand information in black lettering. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: Like I mentioned before, it does feel greasy while applying but after rinsing, my skin feels soft, smooth, nourished and hydrated, without feeling greasy or oily, and looks healthy and radiant. It didn't make my skin feel itchy or thight and it didn't irritated my skin either, despite the fragrance it contains and me having quite sensitive skin too.I didn't notice any make up residue left and my skin was looking fresh, even and dewy. The scent fades away after rinsing too. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I do like this oil and what it does to my skin, but I don't really enjoy using oils because of the greasy, oily feeling while applying them. And the scent is just too heavy, especially because this oil is supposed to be mild and gentle and suitable for sensitive skin too. Make sure to testpatch before use, to make sure the fragrance won't irritate your skin! If you don't mind heavy fragrances and you don't have sensitive skin, this might be your holy grail, because it sure does what it has to do, it removes make up and dirt, it gives your skin a nice glow and it's soothing and moisturizing, but it sadly isn't my holy grail because of the greasy, oily feeling, but that's completely on me, simply because I don't like to use oils. It doesn't say anything about the quality of this oil or how it works! Although it advertises as an oil suitable for all skintypes, I think it would be perfect for dry skin in particular and less suitable for those with sensitive skin. 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
