Recently I’ve heard from a lot of skincare experts that eye cream is often just overpriced moisturizer. If you use a dedicated product for your eye area I would love to hear what you use and if you think it’s worth buying a specific product for that area!

Is eye cream worth $$?

With it being clear you have to be careful about where it goes and how long it stays on. 

This peel reminds me of the Ordinary’s AHA/BHA peel but more viscous and with ingredients that benefit my dry skin more. I experience less redness from this glycolic peel than the Ordinary’s. This is affordable too. 

I have nothing bad to say about this bean essence; it’s going to be a repurchase for me! 

OMG finally a multitasking vegan alternative to snail mucin!! I was not expecting the texture of this essense with fermended soybean, barley seed, pomegranete, and pear juice to be so mucous-y but it is perfect for intense hydration and gentle exfoliation. Great especially for those with blackheads/clogged pores and dry skin since its exfoliating properties are very gentle and simultaneously moisturizing. 

No cons; just not as well suited for my dry skin

This Waterlock Essence is a lightweight serum-type essence that gently exfoliates and hydrates to protect the skins barrier. In my experience, this is the most suitable product for dry skin in the POREBIUM line. 


Messy application, fragrant, the tin gets dirty fast and the product then gets gross too

Nice sheen and color, moisturizing in a simple way

Similar to their other products in tins, this gets dirty and gross really fast and it is a messy application
