Like tge title indicates, I'm having the worst eqzema I've ever had on my neck. Ive always known I had atopic skin and all tge issues that come with it are quite familiar. But usually the eqzemas calms own after I apply a steroid pomade. The problem is that it's not working anymore,and in fact it's just getting worse and worse abd growing. 

Please help me out with this, it's really agressive and it's already a scar.

Worst eqzema I've ever had

I've akways had atopic skin and always go back to steroids pomades on really bad days. And I'm not talking about rashes but just mild eqzemas on my face, not body. Do you guys know of any product that could mostly replace that?
