Hi! I’ve noticed that for over a year, I’ve been breaking out on one cheek more than the other. It’s very obvious, and I notice that hyperpigmentation is more present on that side as well. I don’t know why this could be since I change out my pillowcases quite regularly and sleep on both the left and right side. 

Does anyone have any idea of what this could be? Any tips? 

A couple breakouts is normal since I’m 15, so that’s not the biggest issue :)

Acne on one side of face?

Hi! I’ve been using YTTP kale/green tea cleanser for about two years now. I so far haven’t been double cleansing since I have dry skin, and felt that my skin is clean (but not stripped) after using it. 
But I wanted to get other people’s opinions, should I double cleanse anyway? Or is this cleanser enough?

Hi! I’ve posted asking about my skin before, and I’m back with another question!
Ive kept my routine steady for months now, but recently (past 3 weeks) I’ve been using the Muji moisturising milk (high moisture). I’ve really enjoyed using it since it’s texture is really nice. 

However today I discovered that I have some kind of breakout(?) on my cheeks, and after checking the reviews on the product I saw that it had caused fungal acne for some people.

Is that what this is? And if so, how do I deal with it? Is it easy to treat?

I’m trying to build a good morning routine since I don’t have one at the moment, and I’ve been considering buying Maria Åkerberg’s cold pressed jojoba oil. 

It’s apparently 100% pure jojoba oil, and I have a couple questions I wanna know about before buying it, and the picky community is the best soo I’m turning to you.

Would jojoba oil be good as a step in a MORNING routine?

I’m a teen, and I don’t necessarily have problems with acne, but it definitely shows up quite easily because of products (and other reasons), so have you experienced breakouts/new skin concerns after using pure jojoba oil?

Overall, should I buy it?

Jojoba oil - is it actually good?

Hi! I’d love some opinions/thoughts on this red raised bump on my cheek that has been there for a couple months (from what I remember, it appeared in September). I’ve experienced this before, and it faded after a couple months, but I have no idea what it is or what it’s caused by. 

If anyone knows, please let me know!!

Nothing bad about this, just be very sure you follow up with a good lip balm afterwards, if not your lips will go chapped again!!

Its a very simple addition to your weekly/bi-weekly routine. It works great for exfoliating and removing the dead skin on your lips. It has honey in it which means it has a little bit of extra moisture and I think it helps with softening!

Recommend it for sure!

It was my fault for buying this product without considering the ingredient list, but it dried out my skin EXTREMELY FAST. Only a couple days later my skin felt itchy and irritated. Not to mention its second ingredient being denatured alcohol, yikes. 

I’d personally never recommend this to anyone.

Not much good to say, but read the bad parts:

My biggest issue is the fact that they test on animals, not something i wanna support.

Kept acne under control and doesn’t strip the skin

Honestly i dont see any changes. It doesn’t feel like its been benefitting my skin in any way. 

Smooth application, absorbs easily with an aesthetically pleasing packaging. 

My skin has never felt as stripped as it does now. It feels like all the moisture and hydration I work to build up for my dry skin is gone.

I was washing my face for longer than I normally do to really take in the texture, and it started to irritate my skin, it felt itchy and kinda burned and that sensation is still there after rinsing & applying the rest of my products.
I don’t really see how this would work for even the most oily skin, I feel like it’s too stripping of natural oils. 

I wanna preface this by saying that this was a tester, so I can’t speak to the long effects of the cleanser. 
Please read the negatives as it’s the focus of the review 

- nice foamy texture, reminds me of shaving foam in a good way, it was nice to use.
- clean and fresh scent 
- when first rinsing off, my hands and face felt super soft and hydrated
