I just got my PR package from I’m From yesterday, I received it a little late but I’m still happy that I got it.

This whole line is literally perfect for sensitive skin and I can’t wait to give my in-depth review about these products.

I’m From Pear Line 🍐

Okay I know this may sound a little controversial but hear me out on this one.

Different brands have been producing the same product with the same active ingredient/s (e.g. Cica, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide and etc.), and it’s not a bad thing, however, it’s repetitive and I feel like brands only do this just to hop on a trending skincare ingredient.

I want to see some underrated skin care ingredient like Snow Mushroom, Cotton Fruit extract, and Pear fruit extract (Tagging my favorite products with their corresponding star ingredient).

Now there are reasons why people stick with the popular skin care ingredient/s.

1. It works on their skin type
2. It has been backed up by dermatologists/estheticians
3. Availability of that certain ingredient

Although it’s fun and refreshing to see some unfamiliar ingredients on a skin care product, we still have to be cautious and do our own research so we can have knowledge on these new skin care ingredients.
 
I’m interested on what ingredients are going to be taking over the skin care community soon.

Repetitive Skin Care Products

Wishtrend recently released their new product which is the Pro-Biome Balance Cream.

I got mine a few days ago, and I really thought it was going to feel heavy on the skin. Instead it melts like a butter and it feels lightweight.

It contains a huge amount of probiotics which is great for hydration and maintaining the skin barrier healthy.

It also contains Propolis extract, which is great for acne-prone skin type.

They listed the possible skin care trend that will happen this year and I want to jump into this discussion because my all-time favorite ingredient was mentioned on the post.

I don’t want to say that Azelaic acid is underrated nor overhyped, but I definitely want to see Azelaic acid get its recognition that it deserves.

There are some products that just don’t work on our skin no matter how we try to love it, and that’s a bummer especially when it has a lot of claims or if you spend a lot of money on a product that didn’t do a single job on your skin concern.

The worst product that I used is the Niacinamide serum from The Ordinary. It didn’t absorb well into my skin and I had a horrible skin reaction around my jaw and cheek area.

i use this at night because the essence is a bit tacky, and it’s also a great night treatment to boost collagen and elastin production of the skin. it didn’t worsen my acne and my acne improved a little bit. overall i find this product great and i would repurchase it!s

a cream that helps moisturize dry skin and improve skin barrier function with 𝟯% 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗮-𝗴𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗮𝗻, a natural moisturizer from mushrooms, along with 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 and a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱. (𝗣𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆, 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮)

this helped my restore my skin barrier when i was using tretinoin way too much, it has no fragrance, essential oil, parabens, and other harmful ingredients that may affect my skin. i use it as a night moisturizer and it evened out my skin tone which is a major change for my skin

i don’t love the lavender scent and i’m usually not a big fan of fragrance whether it’s natural or synthetic.

moisturizing nutrient-filled cream which contains fermented Korean grown black rice extract, highly concentrated hyaluronic acid with safflower seed oil, evening primrose oil and the natural fragrance of lavender oil.

the packaging looks amazing because it literally looks like a grain of rice, which is one of the star ingredients in this moisturizer. this is a lightweight cream, so i can see myself using this in the morning. it didn’t gave me any bad skin reaction so that’s a huge plus for me. i see myself purchasing this cream and i highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a lightweight cream 🤍

the cons on this mask is that the fragrance + scent of oxidized vitamin c still lingers on my face after i rinse it off

it has a thick consistency and a little bit goes a long way. it’s marketed as a heating mask to loosen up the gunks on your pores, it definitely brighten up my skin and i didn’t get any skin irritation.

this lightweight vegan toner instantly hydrates and exfoliates the skin without any possible irritation, making it suitable for everyday use

this toner contains 500ml so it’s gonna last me a long time and it has a watery consistency so you can use it as a face mist or make a customized sheet mask using a toner pad. i love using this toner because it quickly hydrates my skin, thanks to the cucumber fruit water. the exfoliation is so mild, even people with sensitive skin type can use it. the ingredient list is free from possible irritant such as drying alcohol and fragrance.
