i have a very dry skin condition and the last few months i almost gave up on looking for good products that would suit me until i found skin1004 madagascar centella ampoule and iunik centella calming gel!

i’m glad that my skin is getting better, so i’m thinking of getting a toner in my routine. but, is toner actually necessary especially for dry skin? 

if yes, may anyone share any best toner that suits for dry skin type?
