Please guys when is best to out an overnight spot treatment ( it can aso be used in the day ) is it before moisturizing or after or i moisturize and then wait like an hour or so and put it ?

Uesterfay i burnt my skin with a curling iron and today it got so dark and visible 
What should i do ? I applied biafine that helped me ease the pain
