Difficult to apply if your face is moist. It requires a lot of rubbing in order for the cream to absorb into my face. 

This product is very sticky and reminds me of the snail creams. It doesn’t have any scent to it and does not irritate my skin. It leaves my face feeling smooth and hydrated. 

Slightly acidic scent but is mixed with a very nice fruity (apple scent) that is pleasant to the nose. I applied this on the ends of my hair only and it makes my hair feel very smooth afterward. 

Since it is pretty much a conditioner type of texture I don’t use it as often as one time it caused a lot of my hair to come off. 

I only use this when my scalp is super dry and itchy. I know my scalp is dry when it starts to give off a cooling sensation. Super easy to use and wash off. 

The smell was initially way too overwhelming for me. It is too strong. It was only when I paired it with their toner that the smell started balancing out and not being so strong so I think it’s better to be used with the toner. 

I purchased a sample size of this to see if I’d like it since it’s so expensive. The product itself isn’t bad. The texture is light and applies on easily. I didn’t see much improvement though so I’m not sure if it actually works. 

The first time I used this my hair didn’t like it at all. It made my hair extremely oily and gave me an itchy scalp. I eventually mixed it with another shampoo and it made my hair feel so much better. 

This product doesn’t make your hair dry. The shampoo feels gentle and not harsh.
