I have recently started noticing that my face has dry and flaky patches around my cheeks everytime I wash my face with my cleanser. I have been using this cleanser for months however I have recently started seeing this development. My skin feels so tight and dry after I wash my face and then I follow with my regular routine like the usual. What could be the cause for this sudden change in my skin texture? Am I damaging my skin barrier? Or is it a sign of dehydration?

The Cetaphil Moisturising Cream:

HOW I GOT INTRODUCED TO THE PRODUCT:

Cetaphil was introduced to me by dermatologist when I contacted them as to how I can take extra care of my dry and sensitive skin.

QUALITIES: 
•Cetaphil mentions that it is a RICH, NON-GREASY and provides LONG-LASTING EFFECT even on extra dry skin and the effect stays for upto 48 hours.
•They also mention that it is non-irritating, non-comedogenic, paraben free and fragrance free. 

MY HONEST REVIEW:
•According to me, Cetaphil has a really smooth but a thick texture and when you apply it on your face or body ( YES IT IS SUITABLE FOR BOTH FACE AND SKIN ) you won’t feel the need to reapply it.
•It provides instant hydration and soothes the “dry and tight” texture of your face. 
•The Canadian Winters can be really harsh before stepping out I have only regularly using Cetaphil and my sunscreen to run my errands. It does hydrates your skin and gives you a baby soft skin. So yes, it has been protecting me during extreme temperatures as well.
•My hands go really red and dry during the winters and I have used this cream as a hand cream while travelling or when I forget to wear my gloves. It is super moisturising!
•The product is easily available everywhere for example in Shoppers Drug Mart, Amazon, Walmart, Loblaws and Well.ca. ( Check for other stores at : www.cetaphil.ca
•It is a great pick if you don’t want to invest a lot in moisturisers and still maintain healthy and supple skin.
