In my younger days, I remember hearing a lot (mainly in movies and shows) things similar to, "thinking too much gives you wrinkles." Maybe it's true, maybe it's not but now I'm curious, are any casual facial activities actually linked to formation of wrinkles?

I bet there's tips or tricks or just, you know, life changing info you wish you knew in the beginning (or any other point) of your skincare journey. This could be anything from seemingly basic details to top secret skincare advice. Any to share?

Forgive me for looking everywhere but at skin care products when I started my journey. There were just so many 'at home', 'diy', 'natural' skincare gurus out there. I was convinced that a lemon and turmeric would give me clear, healthy, happy skin. But now I'm curious, do any of these recipes really work?

I would say this product was the holy grail, it didn&#39;t irritate my skin at all. But, there was one downside to it. My skin tends to be oilier in the T zone, so, after using the cleanser, my cheeks and chin tend to get slightly dried out. There&#39;s no peeling or flaking, just a bit of tightness. Overall though I would say the product is worth a try.

This was the first cleanser I tried from Cerave and it didn&#39;t disappoint. The texture of it wasn&#39;t too runny and using it was easy as pie, instructions on the bottle were pretty simple.

It says it has Vitamin B, C and E and such is true, all three are amazing for your skin but beware, none of them are too potent. So if you&#39;re buying this, that shouldn&#39;t be your main focus. I would also take heed to the fact that none of the ingredients have posted amounts and the coconut oil might be a deal-breaker too. I saw no drastic noticeable changes in the few weeks I&#39;ve been using this.

I found the product to be really hydrating and moisturizing for my combination skin. It was lightweight and absorbed into the skin really well. You can use it both AM and PM.  I would recommend it to someone that hasn&#39;t yet gotten complete structure in their routine. A little can go a long way and the fragrance is neutral, I quite liked that too. At it&#39;s price, the quality of the product left little to be desired. The texture is milky and smooth but the coconut oil does seem to separate from the rest of the formula slightly.
