I have been using sunscreen plus related skincare but my pigmentation is spreading instead of getting reduced. 
Any help please. What should I do ?

It’s summer time so I thought that is why lips are so dry and peeling all the time . But I have been applying Vaseline, cerave ointment, Laniage sleeping mask but nothing is working .
