It’s currently winter in my country and my skin is SO dry like it’s literally peeling!!! I’ve been drinking water more than usual, applying a lot of moisturizer but my skin is still dry???? Help a girl out

You need to dip your fingers in which isn’t hygienic in my opinion, also I’ve had lip balms that were more moisturizing but this is still one of the tops

It smells HEAVENLY and the product is so silky smooth, I wake up with soft lips. Also really affordable for its abilities. Sooo moisturizing.
