I just heard of this and started using this as one of my serums. Though it sounded weird at first, I’m surprised at how great my skin feels. Anyone else have experience with it or another “weird” ingredient that turned out to be great on your skin?

Thankfully, there was nothing bad to say about this product. It was wonderful.

 This maple infusing energy serum is so lovely on my skin. It is designed for dry skin and I can attest that it worked absolute wonders for my own dry skin. 

My skin felt nourished and hydrated, without any redness, irritation or overwhelming scent.

 It was very simple to use, went on smoothly and blended like butter into my skin. 

It felt brighter, softer and less damaged. This was a great product for my dry, full skin. 


Not bad, but I can’t speak to long term differences. Need more time. 

Excellent serum! It’s very light, almost watery (in a good way) so it absorbs very easily into my skin. I have both sensitive and acne prone skin and this product is suitable for both. Only using it for a short time, I can’t speak to major differences, but it leaves my skin glowing and hydrated after using it and I am starting to see some fading on dark spots. I am going to continue to use this as it’s a great product and I think I will continue to see the difference. 

Nothing, I really enjoyed using this cleansing oil. 

This was my first time using a cleansing oil, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very happy with it! Though it might sound silly, I didn’t want something that was going to feel overly heavy and ‘oily’ or greasy when applying or on my hands; it definitely didn’t! It was very light and absorbed nicely into my sensitive skin. It has a mild scent and rinsing it off left my skin feeling soft and clean. Because of the heartleaf extract, it can soothe irritated skin and works on acne prone skin, like mine. It easily removes dirt and makeup and for my first oil cleanser, I was very happy. 

The cons of this product are easy to get past and you’ll want to for the pros of this product. First, it’s slightly watery. When I applied it with my fingers alone, it started to drip and it was absorbing quicker into my into my skin than I could put it on. My fix for that was to use less if applying with your fingers, or even better, add it in with the serum or moisturizer of your choice. The second slight con is it has a bit of an earthy smell, which isn’t that appealing. My fix is the same as the first; use it with a nice smelling serum or moisturizer if it bothers you. If you’d rather not use anything, thankfully the smell is not so overwhelming or overpowering and it doesn’t stay too long once on your skin.  if you can get past it while applying it, you’re good. 


This is an amazing product overall. Brighter skin. Smoother skin. Softer skin. I almost could not believe how well a product worked in a short amount of time.  I tried to use it twice a day, but sometimes only used it once and still experienced a noticeable difference to my face. And a little goes a long way. 

After using it for nearly two weeks, my sensitive skin looks and feels flawless, without drying it out and it makes me feel confident and radiant. Paula’s Choice is my choice. 



Nothing bad at all. The only minor thing would be to make the pads slightly smaller.

I had never used anything like this before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Simply put- expect dewy, glowing, beautiful skin. 

They are very easy to use, there is no smell and they adhere nicely to the skin. You leave them on about 10-20 mins, remove it(and don’t worry, they don’t dry onto your skin) and then wipe the toner pad across your face.

 What does that leave you? Moisturized, supple skin, even after the first use. I have sensitive skin and had no issues using these, no reaction. They are mild, cooling and make your skin feel so clean. 

The pads themselves are saturated nicely in the container and won’t dry out on you. They feel like miniature moisture masks. 

They are absolutely lovely and as a first time user, I have nothing negative to say about them. They’re very close to a holy grail product.
