Is it better to exfoliate at night or in the morning? I'm so confused because I keep hearing different things D:

Okay so I have been trying to find a sunscreen that works for me and I stumbled upon Lab Muffin Beauty thanks to this lovely community~

Health authorities in Australia don't recommend wearing sunscreen if the UV index is below 3 unless there is prolonged sun exposure such as working outdoors or being at a place with absolutely no cover.

Before this I was honestly freaking out a little because I haven't been wearing sunscreen frequently. But the thing is I always carry an umbrella, and I rarely go outside because I'm such a couch potato. We also need UVB exposure to produce vitamin D. So finding this information has helped give me peace of mind 🤣

In saying this if the UV index is greater than 3 health authorities say to prioritize sun protection over vitamin D, even if you are deficient. 

So to help reduce stress in general and enjoy the sun I decided to download the sun smart app which notifies me if I need to lather it up or if I'm good to photosynthesise🌱(I'm not really a plant)

not everyone needs to wear sunscreen everyday

Hi hi ~ so I've been using LRP for ages now and I'm honestly getting a bit bored and want to try something new :3 mainly for my AM or 2nd cleanse. 

I have a lot of HA in the rest of my routine already so I just wanted something more soothing and calming that won't leave my skin feeling tight while also not draining my wallet @0@ 

I have dry, dehydrated skin that's a little bit sensitive right now. I also get contact dermatitis if I'm not careful but this is usually due to other substances, like haircare if it accidentally touches the area. 

What are your suggestions? :D

Can anyone recommend a non-stripping, affordable, gentle cleanser that has no Hyaluronic acid? ☺️

I've noticed that patch test will be fine, I usually do it near my ear for two days. 

Then a few days into using the product on my face I'll get irritation, pimples and small itchy bumps :') 

Anyone else find that patch testing not work as well for them?
Anyone have suggestions on what to do?

It doesn&#39;t come with a spatula, which I wish it did due to hygiene reasons. 

Sticky if you really pack it on, best to put it on an hour or two before bed of you want to do this.

Review:
Before this I never knew what people were talking about when they said the consistency of a product was beautiful, but now I most definitely do. This has a luxurious feel to it and glides across the skin. 

The first morning and every other time I&#39;ve used this my skin has felt oh so soft ~ 
I could definitely see the difference even after the first use, just like it claims. 

My skin is super dehydrated so I have always used really thick moisturizers but even though is is more like a &#39;jelly&#39; consistency I find it more hydrating than those thicker moisturizers.  This sinks in nearly instantly, even when I slather on a tonne of it! In saying that, it can be sticky if I do put a lot on. 

It can leave my face shiny but considering it&#39;s a sleep mask it really doesn&#39;t matter, it&#39;ll get absorbed in the night. 

I&#39;ve been using this for a month now, every other night. The redness I&#39;ve had around my nose and cheeks is less noticeable. My skin is so supple as of late, I love this! Definitely HG status.

The worst thing about this is the price, but I just compare different sites and wait for sales :) I think it&#39;s worth it considering the effects and how much my skin has improved. The cheapest I&#39;ve gotten it is around $25AUD which is totally reasonable, imo.

The packaging could be annoying for those who like to put things directly on their face because you do have to put the product on your hand before applying it since it&#39;s in syringe form. You don&#39;t have the same control over how much comes out in comparison to a pipette. This doesn&#39;t bother me since I do this regardless.

So Una Beauty Cloud had this as one of her best picks for 2020 and I had to try it! 

What it does:

Highlight:
What&#39;s great about this is Cosrx has shown it has 30% panthenol. Panthenol gets absorbed into the skin and converts to vitamin B5. Its mainly used as a humectant that not only binds moisture to the skin but also other moisturizing agents. It&#39;s anti-inflammatory and promotes wound healing too. 

Application:
The best way to dispense the product is to hold it on an angle and press the bottom gently until you have your desired amount ;)
It&#39;s not thick. It&#39;s watery with a little bit of viscosity. It doesn&#39;t leave a sticky finish unless I layer it with something else that has a similar texture. I just pat it in until its all absorbed. 

Packaging
 I love the cute packaging it comes in, it&#39;s like a fat syringe. You push the bottom with your thumb for the product to come out. This makes it super hygienic for use.

Overall:
I&#39;ve been using this for about 2 months  My skin has been plumper and definitely less dehydrated. One set will last just over a month if used daily, morning and night.

I don&#39;t have anything negative to say about this!

I would suggest rubbing it between the fingers a little before applying it on the face to warm it up.

It’s a cream and feels like the softest whipped butter. It’s a skin-like velvet finish. No greasiness &gt;:3

⭐Review⭐
I honestly really love this cream. It&#39;s definitely hydrating enough for my dehydrated skin. I don’t experience that ‘tight’ feeling even when I skip essences or serums that I often feel with moisturisers I’ve tried in the past. It’s rich but not heavy so it’s never clogged my pores or felt like it was just sitting there. 

It glides on the skin really well and has a cool, refreshing effect straight after application; only felt if it&#39;s applied without layers underneath, I could feel it with one layer of toner.

It has a light fresh scent, like muted herbs, that goes away after it&#39;s applied. It&#39;s only noticeable if I put my fingers right in front of my nose. I think it&#39;s the mixture of all the natural ingredients.

I will be repurchasing because I think it’s reaching HG status.
