I wouldn't say it's a bad thing, because the brand already informs that this cleanser would be the 2nd step of the routine. But unfortunately, he doesn't remove makeup. Clean superficially, just to remove excess and not completely.  However, the brand already warns from the beginning.

It gives a great feeling of cleanliness, without leaving the skin tight or extremely dry.  I really liked how the skin looks clean and smooth.

Just the price. A bit high. But normal for this brand. I’m mean…IT’S SHISEIDO! 

SUPER AMAZING!!! I love so much this moisturizer, has a incredible cream. Not too light, no too heavy. Just perfect. I’ll purchase more and more. So hydrated, let the skin with a pretty glow. 

If the tonic is intended to balance the pH of the skin after washing, I can say that this tonic did not surprise me very much. I have the impression that it is VERY LIGHT and does not leave the skin with that HYDRATION aspect, just “balanced”. It's not that magnificent, but for the price it's worth it. For those who use acids, like retinol who need more hydration and care. This tonic is not a good choice. At least, I DIDN'T FEEL all that hydration that the brand promises. 

Worth the price, it leaves the skin soft. However, it's not SO AWESOME. It has no smell and is great for AM routine. I can say that it is something worth trying for those with oily skin.

It should be better for the price and brand, other products provide more for less. 

A big OKAY, it doesn't feel very hydrated after use.  My skin didn't feel very hydrated after using it. 

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. Everything about this product is amazing.  First of all, there is no smell. It is very pleasant to put on the skin. Make the skin so radiant. This is definitely a TREASURE.
