Itโs definitely more of an instant effect vs a long-term change. My cheeks still have the blotchy they usually have in the mornings, but these pads calm it down for the entire day.

Love the thin gauze like material which makes it easy to stick on the face, itโs fairly large so it perfectly covers the surface area of my cheek! It cleared the dark post-acne scarring I had in literally a week along side the Goodal Vitamin C serum....
It came with tweezers which was super nice and hygienic but itโs kind of hard to use since itโs so stiff, so I just use my hands to grab the pads.
