Perfect Melting Cleansing Balm
1. Melts into the skin 2. Maintains moisture balance and effectively cleanses the pores 3. Emulsifies pretty well without leaving an oily residue 4. Takes off waterproof makeup too
My only concern with this was the mild oil scent that this had but it wasn't overbearing at all.
