Actually there were nothing bad about this toner, the ingredients are gerat, and this is vegan. It just doesn't as hydrating as i thought.

This was really simple and basic toner. Because of the watery texture, it absorb almost instantly and doesn't feel sticky. This is perfect if you wanna layer this (apply multiple times). I found that this was best used as a face mist than as a tone...
Nothing special about this toner, it just provides a little hydration, but not deep and long lasting.
