I found it works well as a all over face cream. It sits nicely after using a serum with Retinol in it just prior to. I know it is not water based and I can tell because it doesn't pile with oil based products. It really helped to control my hormonal ...
Nothing bad to say about it. I wouldn't use it for eye wrinkles tho.
