Naruko - llazyy review for Tea Tree Shine Control & Blemish Clear Toner

i have been using this toner for atleast 2 years. it feels cool when applied and it kind of helped to control my breakouts as it can remove leftover waste and sort of "disinfect" my skin (theres alcohol in it). it doesnt dry out my skin but i feel a little hydrated instead. i prefer to use it with cotton pads
