Brightening Alcohol-Free Toner
I use it in the morning & it’s great! No stinging effects & it provides the hydration my skin needs. As for the brightening component, just like the other brightening products, it really needs time. But the light blemishes really came off after a month using it. This toner is a very decent one to use. Again, I’m starting to love this toner & hopefully the whole Brightening Line.
Nothing bad about this product.
