The Radiance White Refreshing Toner
I think it's worth it though
The texture is so watery almost like water and it easily absorb when I applied it, and most importantly it doesn't stick.
The smell is so good it smell like a baby powder.
I have no idea about brightening but this time does help me moisturising my skin
It doesn't really brightening my skin, or maybe it take longer for the niacinemide to work.
When my skin in a very dry conditions this toner doesn't really moisturize some part of my face, like chin, nose and forehead.
