Garnier - Debby25 review for Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water

This is by far my favourite makeup remover! I’ve been using it for a few years now because it is affordable and effective. It gently removes makeup without the need to rub multiple times, and it doesn’t sting my eyes or irritate my skin. Since it’s infused with Argan Oil, it leaves a bit of greasy film but I use it as very first step in my PM routine and I always follow with a milk cleanser. Finally, the scent is very subtle and pleasant.
