Global Beauty Care - Pastelem0 review for Multi Vitamin Serum

I am reviewing the mult vitamin with vitamins b,c,e and niacinamide. For 1.25 in Canada this is a pretty good serum. It is a bit watery, and does leave a bit of a bad feeling after but if you use it consistently I would imagine there would be results with those ingredients. I did not break out wearing this and it wore fine, I just have not used long enough to see skin results.
