This cleansing balm is formulated to give mild thermal sensation, and thank goodness there hasn't been any negative reaction at all every time I use this. The warmth gets warmer when there's wind blowing in your face (I fan myself to feel it). The warmth isn't uncomfortable but sometimes it makes me feel like I have fever. After rinsing, my face looks more radiant and I love it 🥰 By the way, it comes with a spatula, so it is a plus point for me~
