leviance review for pH Balancing Toner

Toner are not necessary in skincare but my skin really screams that I need it and I obsessed with toner lately 👀. Normally I mostly use this after the loss of moisture due to shower to balance my moisture back. ( Anyone please share some tips of how to cut my bad habits of shower for too long) It's great for layering and fast absorbing. It also did a nice job at balancing the pH level in your skin after cleansing. It doesn't irritate my skin. Overall my skin likes it! <33
