CharmSays review for Hydrating Face Toner

What I like about this toner is it provides the right amount of hydration, my skin felt quenched and bouncy after use. This, together with the cleanser have Moringa leaf extract that helps with blemishes. And hype-up unintended but they both really helped my skin recover from my previous breakout, #swear.
