This toner comes with four effective ingredients focusing on hydration, soothing, and balancing. Panthenol and Peptide works as handy healing properties while enhancing the skin barrier. Meanwhile, Panthenol also works with Betaine and Hydrolyzed Collagen in hydrating while giving additional skin elasticity. It has a pH of 5 to 6. ✦ Texture and Aroma You can find this as a watery clear toner with semi-thick texture. It's scentless, and when applied it feels a bit slippery before it quickly absorbs into the skin.
