Glowingclouds review for Vita Refre-C Toner

TIAM Vita Refre-C Toner Thank you Picky and TIAM for sending the product to me in exchange of my honest review. My skin type : oily t zone, flaky skin and dry on cheek and nose area, rarely have acne / pimple, only once in a while, not suitable skincare product would caused redness + itchiness + skin heating My personal experience : 🧡 Applied with hand and no cotton, it does make my skin feels supple and plump, has slight sticky feelings but it is totally bearable as it did not cause my hair to stick on my face when the weather is windy (I lived in hot and humid place), the hydrating is just enough for my skin. 🧡 Surprisingly not causing any irritation or breakout, I was a bit worried as this is my first ever vitamin C toner with pure ascorbic acid powder mixed with Vitamin E toner, despite the pH value of this toner is between 4.1 plus minus 0.5 as per TIAM team, I did not experience any uncomfortable (no redness, no burning sensation, no scent detected despite I have sensitive nose) or sting sensation. 🧡 No brightening effect is detected as this effect definitely take a longer time to be visible, however, I’m happy with the fact that I have not experience any irritation, breakout, redness. I am also happy with the hydrating effect that this toner has, however severe dry skin user may want to layer another basic hydrating toner for further boost the hydrating effect. Summary : 🍊 Texture - Transparent, very watery and light weight 🍊 Scent - no visible scent detected 🍊 Stinging - no uncomfortable sting sensation which really surprises me as a sensitive skin user 😍🙌🏻 🍊 Hydrating - my skin feels plump and hydrated despite the very watery and light weight texture, it would be great to use pre-makeup skincare routine, as it does make my skin feeling more supple and slight sticky which could be make the base makeup adhere on my skin really well 😍🧡 🍊 Brightening - no visible result yet, as I have only been using this toner for 3 times (reason : I have sensitive skin and prior to using this product I was having a bad breakout due to wrong products used, TIAM team recommended to introduce this product slowly to my skin, which I have followed and so glad this toner does not cause any irritation to my sensitive skin 😍🧡🙌🏻) 🍊 Packaging - I do understand why is this product not in spray head, since it contained ascorbic acid, I cannot imagine other users who recommend to have a spray head, it could totally be a disaster to spray it on my face (regardless how your skin barrier is healthy and strong, I doubt you want this acidic toner to get into your eyes by having a spray head to spray the toner on your face, I really appreciate how considerate are TIAM team to design to have this pump head to dispense the product 🥰👍🏻) instead of dispensing it on your palm or cotton and then apply on your face.
