mellin review for Chamomile Pure Toner

i like this toner so much bcs suitable for sensitive skin, free of mineral oil and parfume! i used in morning and evening, after cleansing, apply an appropriate amount onto the face following the skin texture using hands or cotton pads. the toner has watery texture therefore i used this for CSM, my skin feels hydrating and shooting at the sametime, it can reduce my redness, i’m so happy!!
