The sheet was gauze, the essence is not that much. Almost all of the essence absorbs by the sheet and left a little only, the essence texture is watery, it does calming but does not really help that much, the after feel is not sticky.
t has fragrance but not any irritation, but the smell of the fragrance is strong, and I expect more calming effect than it does.
