I wouldnt suggest it for people with KP. I have KP and it did not help my KP bumps! It helped with my non-KP afflicted skin, I mean it took the edge off of the bumps but it needed to be used consistently like every day, even one day off it would go back to where it was before. People who use this should just use it for exfoliation not for a skin ailment
