The Claim: - A fine mist that works as a makeup setting spray, essence and toner - The dual-phase oil-water formulation infused with pearl extracts ensures that skin is hydrated and glowy throughout the day. My Take: I’ve tried a few Keep Cool products from the Soothe and Ocean lines before but didn’t even know they have the Shine line. There are only 3 products in this line, which are meant to be brightening. I am not sure how much brightening this spray offers, but it feels pretty hydrating and certainly gives me that temporary glow effect. This is probably due to the pearl extract in the ingredients. Also contain cica, fig extract and fragrance. The fragrance smells pretty good to me and doesn’t cause me any issues, but as usual, beware if you are sensitive. I’ve tried a few bi-phase mists lately. Keep Cool’s version is on par with them, although the mister is not as refined, but it’s not bad in any sense. It is probably a tad below those other mists but the smaller size and cheaper price (60ml/ 2.2 oz for $9.99) is a plus for a hoarder like me. I like that I can actually finish this and it’s easy to carry around as I like to use this as a refresher or to hydrate my skin throughout the day rather than as a serum or toner. Conclusion: I am enjoying Keep Cool’s take on the bi-phase mist. I want to try all 3 versions
