Audrey & Young - astraldew review for Hi Vegan Water Toner

The toner, true to its name, has a super watery consistency. Clear & unscented, you'd think it was water! It might as well be, with it's hydrating formula which includes a vegan hyaluronic acid. I find this to be a very simple but effective toner that gave me zero irritation. My combination skin happily slurps this toner up every time. It absorbs quicky without any tacky sensation.
