The texture of this product is a brownish gel that becomes super runny when it touches the skin, so it's easy to spread and economical--because a small amount is enough for the whole face. The scent of this product is herbal-y which is quite strong in my opinion. At first I was a bit annoyed by the smell, but the more I use it, the more I get used to it. Not the typical bad smell, just quite strong. This product is packaged in a tube with a tiny threaded opening, hehe, even so, this product doesn't run out quickly because it uses quite a bit. I usually use this product as a spot treatment, so I only use it on the areas where I have acne. But if my skin is rough in texture, I like to apply this product thinly all over my face. This product absorbs quickly and has a natural finish. Actually this product can be used as a moisturizer, but I feel the moisturizing effect is still lacking for my skin. So, I like to add another moisturizer after that. The result I feel the most is that this product helps reduce inflammation from my acne and makes acne less painful. My acne matures faster too, especially when I use other spot treatments (so it's like a double spot treatment)--acne immediately ripens or goes flat in 3-4 days. Usually it will take longer if I only use basic skincare. I also feel that this product helps smooth the texture of my skin, especially if it is accompanied by a calming skincare line plus AHA wow... the results are really good skin! 👍
