MissInterstella review for Glow Hour Brightening & Neutralizing Eye Balm

This product says it helps improve dark circles while leaving a golden cast that can also be use as highlighter. I did not like it since to me its just an orange highlighter. It did not help with my dark circled at all, no cooling effect whatsover, did not bright the area either. I sometimes wear it as a highlighter. Other than that nothing good from it.
