hands down to one of the besttt hydrating toner i’ve tried!!!! If you’re looking for a hydrating toner that soothes, gentle, light-weight, gives you that plumpiness (if you use it generously) and affordable, this could be it. This one has ginseng and probiotics as their star ingredients, which helps to sooth and ginseng is known to be a staple herb to koreans due to it’s potent anti-oxidant effects! Most of the toner contains hydrating ingredients like the panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, etc! And seriously this worked wonders on the skin. Galactomyces ferment filtrate - made from fermented sake and is responsible for that glowing and youthful look. I hope this ingredient really work haha! We’ll see about it. Over all it’s such a nice toner, definitely would buy again.
