Bio-Water Sensitive PH Moist-In Water Lotion
It's such a good toner especially for sensitive skin. After cleansing, my face tends to get dry but once applying this toner onto the skin, it refreshes my face again. It's an underrated toner tbh since nobody's talking abt it. It works fine on my oily sensitive skin, and even didnt break me out.
The texture is a bit gel type and once applied it feels a bit sticky. But once absorbed into the skin, the stickiness feeling will be gone. The smell is a bit off as well but it doesnt have any artificial fragrance but more to like a medical-ly kind.
