skinmindph review for First Toner Clear

A clear watery toner with no noticeable scent and leaves the skin feeling refreshed. 𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀: I like the packaging it looks so simple yet beautiful and minimalist; very beautiful to look at. I started using this when my skin wasn’t dehydrated and basing from that it provided me with enough hydration. But I’d say the hydration wouldn’t not be enough if you are dry or dehydrated. Soothing powers were light for me, I’d go for a stronger one. But it did help with some texture, not by a lot, but just minor forehead bumps. Gentle and mildly moisturizes the skin. Overall, this is a refreshing toner to use that didn’t cause me any breakouts. The toner is more suited for normal skin 🤍
