Can be absolutely drying if I don&#39;t proceed with my moisturizer. I don&#39;t reach out for this toner as much either.

Not bad but not good either. I wasn&#39;t a huge fan of witch hazel. Although this toner does provide a decent hydration. I was trying to love it but I&#39;m always caught on a fence with it.
