Sensatia Botanicals - Noohee review for Seastem Marine Essence

I have using this product for months, as my toner right after I wash my face. It's watery so you can use as many layers as you wish. But I'm not that patient, so I only use 1 layer, followed by my serum. I can't really say how it works on its own, but I can combine it with any skincare product. I guess it's good to maintain my skin condition.
