Ultra Bubble Bubble O2 Mask
It is a good product. With a different concept, that is, giving off suds not bubbles actually. It moisturizes and hydrates the skin pretty well. There’s a lot of excess product so I use it on my neck as well.
It is all about the hype. I do not see bubbles actually. It only makes suds. It is a slimy product with too much excess which anyway, you can apply on your neck, nape, and even your elbows. No lt even a mild frangrance that can suppose to attact users to put this on.
