BizzyBee review for Egg Mellow Cream

Eggs and facial creams are rarely items that I think of mixing. However, this firming, collagen-infused moisturizer shattered my inner fear of salmonella dialogue. In fact, by the time I decided to write this review, I can honestly say that I am 100% recommending this egg-inclusive moisturizer, with the obvious exceptions for anyone who lives with allergies to products with eggs. The moisturizer includes some skincare heroes like Niacinamide and Ceramics (balancing skin tone and supporting your skin barrier), but also brings Collagen to the table, which with a side of Egg Whites (seriously, there are egg products present in this moisturizer) helps to tone and facilitate elasticity. However, ingredient lists are all well and fine, but what does this product actually do and feel like for the random consumer? I find that the texture is gloriously velvety. It is smooth, and thick, but leaves no sticky residue and absorbs into my skin with the ease that I associate with high-end/costly products. I love that my face feels soft, but firm without any moist tackiness. It is creamy and rich and buttery, but not greasy or pasty. With regular use, I see softening of lines and fine wrinkles, as well as lightening of skin imperfections and, because it is both hydrating and has collagen, it is visibly brightening and smooths my skin within just a few applications. I love products that have some immediate results, even if good skincare is a marathon, not a sprint. This is a cream that I find is incredibly flexible: a little in the morning before my SPF, a generous night time mask, or a little eye cream action, all are feasible uses for this wonderful cream. I really appreciate products that can be used as needed, and with little risk of neutralizing or irritating other actives. While, frankly, I don't like scented products as a general rule, I have to admit this is my exception. I love this moisturizer's gentle aroma. It is hard to pinpoint exactly the memory or experience that this aroma triggers, but it feels like a scent of warmth and comfort. Like warm milk or Chai tea after a brisk Autumn walk or a soft breeze blowing through the desert cactus flowers. It is certainly not scent free, but it is a comforting and soft aroma, which infuses me with calm.
