Innisfree labels this an ampoule toner, I assume because of the “fat water” consistency of the liquid. I typically apply 3-5 layers of my hydrating toner, and after application, this toner left my skin plumped and glowing with a light and silky (silky, not silicon-y) sheen. There is a fragrance, for sure, and I would describe this as a strong fragrance for an Innisfree product, which is saying a lot. I have described the fragrance as at once sweet and “herb-y”—it’s a very distinctive smell. If you aren’t a fragrance lover, then I don’t think that this product is for you. I enjoy skincare products that please multiple senses, so I tend to enjoy lightly fragranced products, but I would describe this as a heavily fragranced product. I purchased this toner directly from Innisfree and paid $23. This 200 ml, 6.76 fluid ounces of toner lasted approximately five months of consistent, but not constant, use. Now, would I repurchase? On the one hand, the honey extract was relatively high on the ingredients list for an Innisfree product, so I thought that was cool. I also like that this toner includes vitamin E (tocopherol). I loved the plump and completely drenched way my skin looked and felt after applying 3-5 layers of this fat water liquid, another plus.
