Annnnna review for Derma C.P.R. Cica Facial Toner

Cica Facial Toner is a lightweight and hydrating toner that is gentle and calming to my sensitive and dry skin. It can be use for oily skin type too. I can go multiple layering on my skin without feeling sticky. I even soak it with cotton pad and place at the area of my face that I want. I highly recommend this because the effectiveness is almost instant. It is unscented so it is very friendly to sensitive skin too. I pair it with the cica cpr mask for double up effect!
