Bielenda - kthrrn review for Super Power Mezo Tonic

I typically use this toner after my second cleanse. The texture is on the thinner, runnier side, which made it easy to put on a cotton pad and apply to the skin. This helped me remove any and all leftover makeup after my cleanse and prep my skin for further steps (serums, actives, etc). It's quite cheap and effective so I'll probably continue to repurchase!
