Recharge Witch Hazel + Grapefruit Alcohol-Free Toner
This toner was nice and no redness. In the past witch hazel did not work for me, but this one does. The toner aborbs very quickly and hydrates the skin. Alcohol free, vegan, cruelty free and no artificial dyes. I got this sample from the brand along with a $5 off coupon.
This toner is pure liquid, gave to use cotton swabs to apply, waste of cotton.
